  1. empty can of soup into large skillet.
  2. add one soup can of milk to skillet-stir together over low heat.
  3. add chicken- cover, continue cooking over low heat approximately 15 minutes-stirring occassionally.
  4. add broccoli, onions ,potatoes and macaroni.
  5. stirring ocassionally.
  6. continue to cook until chicken is cooked.
