  1. I made this for dinner last night and I really enjoyed although the rice was still a bit undercooked. My 9 yr old didnt like bc of the celery but I could omit next time. Very easy! Thanks for sharing:)

  2. Wow... this was a greasy, salty casserole that my mother would have prepared thirty years ago. Not at all what I was expecting, although the cream soup should have been a giveaway. I wanted to like this one based on other reviews, but just could not. The gal and the daughter both shared my thoughts. It was quick and easy, but then again so is a drive thru, and I don't frequent those.

  3. I used ground turkey and added a bit more garlic. It was simple and good!!

  4. We thought this was pretty good. The only thing I did different was I did not add celery and I used ground turkey breast. This was pretty easy so that is a plus. I will probably make it again because my kids seemed to enjoy it. Thanks for the recipe!

  5. Very good! I have made this a couple of times but without the cayenne. I have also tried it with ground turkey and it is good that way as well.

I'm a happily married father of four. I love to cook for my family as much as I can. But is hard when you have a wife that cooks as much as mine. Some of you might know her as The Recipe Fairy. It is also hard for me being a law enforcement officer. But when I get the chance I enjoy myself for I am cooking for my love ones.
