  1. Preheat oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a 8" (20cm) square pan (although I use a round silicone cake pan so who cares, really?).
  3. Brownies:.
  4. Whisk and stir margarine and sugar until completely combined.
  5. Add eggs and beat well.
  6. Add flour, cocoa, milk, salt & vanilla; beat well.
  7. Bake brownies for about 25 minutes.
  8. Poke with some holes and set aside while we make the glaze!
  9. Glaze:.
  10. Put Evaporated milk, cocoa powder & margarine in med saucepan.
  11. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  12. Remove from heat and stir in confectioners sugar and vanilla.
  13. Spread all over the brownies with a spatula. Let stand for like 10 minutes before serving.
