And, although I'm not usually a big fan of chili I love this! (I've guessed on servings.) I'll admit... I don't always wait 4 hours. It's good right away, too!”

Directions

  1. Brown meat, then add bacon.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft. Drain.
  3. Put mixture into a crockpot or large stewpot.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients.Stir well.
  5. Simmer four hours or more. The longer the better.
