Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large oven save pot cook pasta according to package directions for al dente.
  3. In last two minutes of cooking add grated zucchini to pasta water.
  4. Drain pasta and zucchini.
  5. Place pasta and zucchini back in pot.
  6. Pour in spaghetti sauce, parmesan and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  7. Stir until combined.
  8. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top and place pot in the oven.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
  11. Enjoy.
