- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 tablespoons homemade gourmet grandmother's sunday beef roast seasoning
- 1 egg
directions
- Combine all ingredients; Form into 6 flat patties. (Patties that are not well-flattened will become rounded when cooked.).
- Grill to desired doneness.
- Serve on hamburger buns with desired condiments.
