  1. Mix together the sage, black pepper and garlic powder and rub on both sides of the pork and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Combine the soup mix with the panko crumbs in a small bowl. Brush both sides of chops with mustard, then evenly coat with soup mixture.
  3. Arrange chops on a roasting rack in a 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting dish. Bake uncovered, turning once. Bake 30 minutes or until chops are done.
