Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt margarine in frying pan and saute onions until translucent.
  3. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar.
  4. Combine beaten egg and sour cream, then add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour batter into muffin tin that is coated in cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
