  1. The filling was delicious (I added ham), but the crust...eh. Maybe with a regular pie crust? or pre-bake the cracker crust? I don't know, but as it was, it didn't work. We LOVED the filling, however!

  2. I really liked this casserole and so did my family. I made it as a test for a possible new Thanksgiving dish and I think I have a winner! Very yummy!

  3. I wasn't sure I would like this but it didn't take but one bite to find out how good it is. Thank you. Margie

  4. I picked LorenLou as my "oldie" in the "Pick a Chef" marathon, and boy did I make a right choice! This casserole is fabulous. My family said they would rate it higher if they could. Who would have thought a yummy casserole out of onions? Thanks LorenLou for such a great dish.

I live in Sugar Land, Texas. I love to try new recipes. My husband jokes that if he likes something, I never make it again for 6 months! My children are very picky, but do have their favorites that I try to include in our menu more often than every 6 months.
