  1. These are my favorite roasted potatoes. Even though they really don't need it, I have a compulsion to mash them and add butter on my plate! I know that is awful, but I cannot help myself. The flavor of the butter still adds so much!

  2. One of my favorite dishes to make whenever I do a roast. I like to substitute real butter melted for the oil. I think it gives it some extra flavor and makes the potato tops a little crispy, which my husband loves! Not the healthiest option, I know, but it's delicious!

  3. I added minced garlic and sliced onion, and used baby red potatoes. Super delicious.

  4. I make this ALL the time. So good! Thanks for adding!

  5. We used to make these a lot. My younger brother Tommy told me how to make them. He was quite a cook when he was a bachelor. We call them "Tommy 'tatoes". they go great with meatloaf or anything that cooks in the oven. I think you can get by with less oil than this -- you just need enough to coat the 'tatoes so the seasoning will stick.
