Onion Roasted Potatoes

"When looking for a healthier alternative to french fries, I found this in a cookbook titled "1001 short, easy recipes". I made them for the first time a few nights ago. YUMMY and very easy!"

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into chunks.
  • Pour all ingredients into large plastic, resealable bag. Close bag and shake until potatoes are well coated.
  • Place potatoes onto foil lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Potatoes are done when tender and golden brown.

  1. These were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written but thought they were a bit oily. I would cut back on the oil next time.
