  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer to a glass baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

  2. This was really good. A very nice artichoke dip - we had it wih homemade pita chips. I am trying to lose weight so I am trying to come up with a lowfat version of this (I did use lowfat sour cream) Thanks for a great little recipe. Made for PAC Spring '09
