FOR MEAT LOAF
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 ounces pimiento, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Lipton Onion Soup Mix, 1 envelop

FOR TOPPING
- 10 1⁄2 ounces tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple
directions
- Preheat oven 350F degrees.
- In large bowl combine all meat loaf ingredients mix well.
- Press mixture into loaf pan.
- Bake for 35; drain of fat.
- Combine tomato soup and next 4 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour topping over meat loaf.
- Bake 35-45 minutes til meat is no longer pink inside.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
