  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. As soon as it begins to foam, add the onions and garlic and sauté 2 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp, wine, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, and pepper.
  4. Cook 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally.
  5. Stir in the dill and parsley.
  6. Place the toasted roll halves on four individual plates.
  7. Spoon 1 cup of the shrimp mixture over each roll and drizzle with any lingering pan juices.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. You can also serve the shrimp mixture over hot cooked rice instead of rolls.
