- 2 chicken breasts, baked and sliced
- 4 slices French bread, sliced thick
- 1 cup tomato sauce (I use Thick and Chunky, with garlic and herbs)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Put sliced chicken and tomato sauce in samll sauce pan, simmer on low until heated through.
- Spoon chicken and some sauce on to each slice of bread. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
