  • 1 12 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 14 cup frozen orange juice, concentrate, thawed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon orange rind, grated
  • orange section, and banana slices
  • ORANGE GLAZE

  • 14 cup sugar
  • 2 12 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 14 teaspoon orange rind, grated
  • 12 cup orange juice

directions

  • Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Beat in mashed banana, juice concentrate, eggs and rind. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake in preheated 350F oven for 50-55 minutes or until set. Cool.
  • Top with orange sections, banana slices and orange glaze; chill.
  • ORANGE GLAZE:.
  • In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, orange rind, and orange juice; cook and stir until thickened. Cool.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
