  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Using a pastry blender, cut orange peel and butter into dry ingredients until crumbs form.
  • Stir in orange juice and rind, mixing gently to form ball of dough.
  • Knead on lightly floured board 10 times.
  • Pat or roll to 1/2 inch thickness, then cut with floured, round 2-1/2 inch biscuit cutter.
  • Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 425 for 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly browned.
  • Serve warm.
