  • Base: In a double boiler melt the 12 ounces of dark chocolate with the butter. Set aside, don't leave on after melting occurs. In a separate bowl mix 1 package of cream cheese, 1 1/2 sugar, 1/4 brown sugar, 2 egg whites, 2 eggs until all incorporated. Add vanilla. Mix flours, baking powder, and salt together and sift into the wet mixture. Take chocolate butter and pour in slowly until smooth. Spray a 9x12 pan and input base brownie mix.
  • Orange Layer: Mix 4 ounces of cream cheese with orange juice and sugar. Add the 2 egg white and one egg. Spread over base layer in pan.
  • Chocolate Topper: Melt the 5 ounces of dark chocolate in a double boiler with the half and half. Once chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth lightly drizzle over orange layer.
  • Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Until done.
