- 2 oranges
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 180 g almond meal
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
directions
- Boil the oranges for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Blend the oranges in a food processor.
- Add eggs and blend.
- Add other ingredients and pulse until well blended.
- Pour into a springform cake tin lines with baking paper.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.
