  1. Cut carrots into 1/2" angle slicesCook carrots until tender-crisp in sauce pan and drain.
  2. Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt,ginger, and orange juice together and pour over carrots.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons butter and toss.
