“Fresh carrots in a creamy orange sauce. Very quick and easy. I found this recipe in Taste Of Home Quick Cooking 2005. The tender carrots get their zest from a tart yet sweet citrus glaze that relies on orange juice. I can make this in less than 30 minutes using the microwave and five ingredients. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 vegetable, and 1/2 fruit. I posted this for safe keeping before trying the recipe. While this wasn't liked by anyone in my house due to the over powering orange taste. I did make a minor changes to the recipe by using frozen sliced carrots and Splenda.”
