  • Wash spinach well. Drain.
  • I use Mandarin oranges in a can. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, toss together spinach and oranges.
  • In a medium bowl whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika. Pour.
  • over the spinach and oranges. Toss to coat.
  • Chop hazelnuts and sprinkle over the top and serve.
