Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups cooked mashed butternut squash
  • 3 tablespoons oat bran (3/4 ounce)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 13 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons grated orange rind
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly oil a 1-quart baking dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  4. Place in prepared pan.
  5. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
