Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 12 cups dry white wine
  • 12 package pectin, powder (3 tablespoons)
  • 4 cups honey

Directions

  1. Combine orange peel, orange and lemon juices, wine and pectin.
  2. Bring to full rolling boil and stir in honey immediately.
  3. Return to rolling boil, and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and skim.
  5. Pour into jars and seal.
