ingredients

1 cup honey
¹⁄₃ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon butter
¹⁄₂ teaspoon orange zest, freshly grated (peel)

directions

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
Cook, uncovered, over a medium heat, stirring frequently,until butter is melted and the syrup is smooth.
