Directions

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, soda and salt.
  2. Stir together 1/2 cup thawed orange juice concentrate (save remaining juice for topping cake) with milk, eggs and softened butter.
  3. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients stirring well to incorporate. Add raisins and chopped nuts.
  4. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
  5. Bake at 350*F for 40 to 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle remaining orange juice concentrate over warm cake.
  7. Combine 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
  8. Sprinkle topping over warm cake. Allow to cool and serve.
