Orange Marmalade Tarts With Cottage Cheese Pastry

"Pastry squares filled with marmalade are one of my Dad's favorite old recipes that my Mom made. The pastry is so easy to make! It seems a little wet, but chill first and it will be easy to roll out. I sometimes roll it between 2 sheets of waxed paper so it won't stick. Another thick jam may be substituted if you don't have orange marmalade."
