“Pastry squares filled with marmalade are one of my Dad's favorite old recipes that my Mom made. The pastry is so easy to make! It seems a little wet, but chill first and it will be easy to roll out. I sometimes roll it between 2 sheets of waxed paper so it won't stick. Another thick jam may be substituted if you don't have orange marmalade.”
