“There is a smoothie bar near where I work and they sell this delicious smoothie called a "sama jama". Well I took a look at what was in it, threw it all in a blender, and voila it was almost identical. This is absolutely delicious and super healthy.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 fluid ounces orange juice
  • 4 strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 peach (frozen)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 scoop Orange sherbet

Directions

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add some more orange juice. If it is too thin, add some ice cubes or more frozen fruit.
  3. The smoothie is equally good if you leave the sherbet out but not as "tangy".
