  • 1 tablespoon dried orange peel, grated
  • 14 cup catsup
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Use as a marinade and basting sauce for pork, chicken or beef.
