  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Melt sugar, salt, and butter or margarine in mixing bowl.
  • Let above mixture cool until luke warm, then add eggs.
  • Beat until foamy.
  • Add water.
  • Mix in flour.
  • Mix with spoon until WELL MIXED. Let rise until double in bulk.
  • Stir down and put in refrigerator until thoroughly chilled (over night or longer.) Keep close watch while in refrigerator so it will not run over.
  • Roll dough approximately 1/2" thick. Spread with orange mixture made from remaining ingredients.
  • Roll dough up like jelly roll. Cut off 1/2" pieces and put in greased muffin tins.
  • Let rise until double in bulk and bake about 10 minutes at 400.
