Directions

  1. Place each filet on a piece of heavy duty foil.
  2. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cayenne.
  3. Top with zucchini, red pepper, salt and basil.
  4. Add butter to each.
  5. Fold foil and seal tightly.
  6. Bake at 375* for 12-15 minutes.
