  • Soften gelatin in .5 cups OJ and heat until dissolved.
  • Cool by adding remaining OJ and zest.
  • Put in freezer and bring to soft mush or do it in your ice cream maker.
  • Add yogurt and beat until smooth. Continue freezing till ready.
