Oh yum was this good. I made this for a mid morning snack for my daughter and I and she enjoyed it just as much as I did. I really liked the variety of fruits used and that the smoothie was made with juice rather than milk etc. I thought this smoothie was full of flavor. A definite repeat for me. Thank you! In a word, delicious! Or in TWO words: absolutely delicious! Just my sort of smoothie, and one I’ll certainly be making again! For breakfasts – prepared the night before – and for take-to-work-in-a-thermos – lunches! Seriously, what better use can a blender be put to? Because I made this for the 2005 Strawberry Swap, I made it with fresh strawberries, but when strawberries are out of season or if you are wanting to make this just any time – and with strawberries in the freezer that’s possible – then I’m sure that frozen strawberries would work just fine! And in really hot weather, they’d make the smoothie just that bit colder too! I’m not overly fond of peaches and I love bananas, so I omitted the peach and increased the amount of banana. I also used Greek-style yoghurt, which is the only kind I ever buy. I just love its creaminess. And for me there was enough flavour with the beautiful orange, strawberry, banana and honey flavours! Thank you love4culinary for a wonderfully flavoursome and VERY filling smoothie!

Since April 2008, I have been a vegetarian. I dont eat creatures...that's the easiest way to put it! :D
I still eat a small amount of dairy, but not very much.
I have been missing around here for a while, and hope to poke my head in a bit more often from now on...
I hope you enjoy my recipes...
