Orange Teriyaki Chicken

  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
  • 13 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 0.333 (12 1/16 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

  • Rinse chicken breasts. Pat dry with paper towels. Place in a plastic bag set into a shallow dish.
  • TO MAKE MARINADE: Combine teriyaki sauce and orange juice concentrate. Pour marinade over the chicken and close the plastic bag.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Remove from refrigerator and drain the chicken, reserving the marinade.
  • In a small saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Grill the chicken, bone side up, on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 20 minutes.
  • Turn the chicken and grill for 20 to 30 minutes more or until tender, brushing often with the reserved marinade. Serve.

<p>My rating system: (I don't like giving bad reviews, so if I don't like it, I'll just not review it.) <br /><br />5 Stars OMG, this is one of the most amazing things I've ever eaten! I can't stop eating it, and I've eaten myself into a food coma. <br /><br />4 Stars The recipe is wonderful as is. I can't think of a single improvement and I will most likely make it again. <br /><br />3 Stars This needed a little *something*something*. I might make it again, but will add my own improvements if I do. <br /><br />I love to eat! And I love to cook. I tend to take over the kitchen when I get in there. Even the dog knows the command get outta my kitchen! LOL. Cooking for other people and trying new recipes or foods is FUN!
