  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 34 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 14 lb tofu, sliced into stripes
  • 2 slices bread

Directions

  1. Heat orange juice, cinnamon, and sugar until bubbly.
  2. Add tofu and cook 3 minutes.
  3. While tofu cooking toast bread.
  4. Lay stripes of tofu on toast and drizzle with the juice.
