  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Grease an 8in loaf pan.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in small bowl.
  4. In lg bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beat well.
  6. Add orange peel.
  7. Add flour mix and orange juice, alternately.
  8. In small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
  9. Gently fold egg whites and walnuts into batter.
  10. Pour into pan.
  11. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until bread tests done.
  12. Mix orange juice and powdered sugar together.
  13. Spoon over the bread as soon as it comes out of the oven.
  14. Let cool in pan 10 minutes.
  15. Remove and cool completely.
