  • In a large skillet, over high heat, quickly brown the chops on all sides.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Mix together all remaining ingredients and add them to the pork in the skillet. Cover and simmer gently until the chops are done; about 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness.

  1. I liked the flavor a lot (didn't use cloves) but I couldn't taste the "orange flavor" it was more sweet and cinnamon-like. I think I over-cooked my chops because they were dry. I would try them again with a quicker browning time. Thanks for a nice easy recipe.
     
  2. This is almost exactly like my recipe #96835, Mandarin Glazed Pork Chops. It has always been a family favorite. (I do use less brown sugar, though as we don't like it too sweet).
