CRUST
- 48 Oreo cookies, curshed
- 3⁄4 cup margarine, softened

FILLING
- 3 (7 g) envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 1⁄4 cups milk
- 3 cups Cool Whip
- 30 Oreo cookies, crushed
directions
- Mix the 48 crushed cookies and 3/4 cup mararine together and press into a 9x13 inch pan.
- Soften gelatin in water, stir over low heat until dissolved.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add milk and gelatin; gradually mix until well blended, chill until thickened but not set.
- Mix in Cool Whip, pour all but 1 1/2 cups mixture in pan. Add the cookies to the rest of the mixture , pour on top,
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
