  1. Grind cookies in processor.
  2. Save half in a separate container in which to mix the ice cream.
  3. Mix the butter through the other half.
  4. Press the crumb mix into a glass serving dish.
  5. Mix the remaining crumbs through the ice cream.
  6. Spread ice cream over the base and freeze well.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap in freezer.
