ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 4 onions, diced
- 1 (48 ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 (750 g) bag frozen oriental-style vegetables
- 1 lb fresh bean sprout
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, ground
directions
- In a Dutch-oven fry beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
- Add tomato juice, vegetables, sprouts, chili powder and salt and pepper and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer one hour until thick and bubbly.
- Garnish with ground Parmesan cheese.
