  • 1 (16 ounce) bag Coleslaw
  • 1 (3 ounce) package beef or 1 (3 ounce) package oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
  • 14 cup light olive oil
  • 13 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 14 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Crush up the ramen noodles and reserve the seasoning packet.
  2. Put ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds on a baking sheet and toast in oven at 350 degrees until golden (this works great in a toaster oven too).
  3. Mix the seasoning packet, oil and vinegar in a tightly sealed container and shake vigorously.
  4. In a large bowl, add all ingredients to the cole slaw and toss. Serve immediately.
