Oriental Coleslaw

"I attended a Mother-Daughter Banquet with my mother-in-law and this dish was served. I like this because it has a lot of different flavor combinations and the noodles give it a crunchy texture. Best of all for busy people, it is very quick to prepare."

I live in central Illinois and work in the office at manufacturer of electrical products. For enjoyment, I like to work with plants and flowers in the yard and I also like to travel. My husband and I have been to England, Europe, Hawaii and many states in the continental states. If I had a month off, I would like to travel from Washington state, down the coast to California across country and end up in Maine.
