Directions

  1. Chop ginger and garlic and mix all dressing ingredients together.
  2. Finely slice mushies.
  3. Julienne carrots, snow peas and spring onions.
  4. Tear or chop cilantro.
  5. Heat oil and toss mushies lightly. Once cool add a little dressing and toss.
  6. Cook noodles. Refresh in cold water and drain.
  7. Add half carrots, snow peas, and spring onions to mixture along with the mushies.
  8. Add remaining dressing.
  9. Garnish with remaining carrotes, snow peas, and spring onions.
