Oriental Orange Pork Roast

  • Heat wok or medium saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute.
  • Add oil and when oil is hot add pork roast and brown on all side.
  • In a separate bowl add all sauce ingredients and mix.
  • Add orange sauce to the pork and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium low and cover pan and simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
  • Cool the roast and cut into paper thin slices and arrange on a platter.
  • Garnish with mandarin oranges.
