  • Trim fat from chops and place them in baking pan. Bake at 300F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cooked. Twenty minutes before chops are cooked, drain off fat and cover with sauce.
  • SAUCE:

  • Drain pineapple; reserve 1/2 cup of syrup. Combine molasses, vinegar and pineapple syrup in a saucepan. Stir in salt, ginger and soy sauce. Blend cornstarch and cold water until smooth; add to molasses mixture. Add green pepper. Place over medium heat. Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes. Add pineapple chunks. Garnish with apple slices.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
