  • 1 package coleslaw mix
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds
  • 12 cup slivered almonds
  • Dressing

  • 14 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 package chicken-flavored ramen noodles (including seasoning packet)

directions

  • In large bowl, mix dressing ingredients well.
  • Add salad ingredients and toss well.
  • Can be served immediately or refridgerated until ready to serve.

  2. Very good, but next time I will double the vinegar and sugar. It was a little dry.
     
  3. This is an extremely easy and tasty dish. I prefer the taste after it sits in the fridge awhile. The flavor is good right after you mix it but it is crunchier...I like the ramen noodles a little softer.
