Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (12 ounce) cans almonds
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 2 cups Rice Chex
  • 2 cups sesame bits rice crackers
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250.
  2. In a large shallow roasting pan combine cereal, almonds, noodles and crackers.
  3. Beat together, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Bake for one hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
