  • Place egg in a bowl.
  • Combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Dip fish in egg then flour to coat.
  • Place on a baking rack. Chill 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, puree the walnuts, oil, spinach lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Add fish. Saute 3 minutes each side.
  • Top with sauce.
