  • Heat an outdoor grill, stovetop grill pan, or broiler.
  • Mix Spice Rub ingredients; rub on both sides of steak.
  • Grill or broil 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove to plates; let rest 5 minutes before serving.

  2. Really tasty Old Bay steaks but we find they don't need all the sugar. I only used 1 teaspoon, but might even leave that out next time.
     
  3. This was so easy and fast to make. Steaks were tasty, but because my steaks were rather thin, they were a little overpowering when rubbed on too thick. Thank you for sharing.
     
  4. Would you believe I live in MD and ran out of Old Bay, lol. I went out and got some, made terrific steaks. I also tried this same recipe but substituted the Old Bay with a taco seasoning packet and it was delish too for those of you that don't have access to Old Bay. :)
     
  5. it was good but i don't think it was like outback. It is a little sweet, maybe next time i will cut back on the brown sugar. But my husband really liked it
