  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a skillet, crumble sausage and cook until browned. Drain. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. In same skillet, saute the vegetables, drain and layer over sausage.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Beat eggs, milk, garlic, salt and white pepper until frothy. Pour over cheese.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
